Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are available for all treatments, they are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, they cannot be exchanged for cash. West Horsham Reflexology cannot accept liability for lost gift vouchers. I will be happy to assist you if you need any advice or have any questions.

To book an appointment please visit my website and select the relevant voucher appointment. To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required, failure to attend may result in a full treatment cost being charged.

Appointment

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

Cancellations

For new clients: to cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to safeguard your deposit. For all ongoing appointments a minimum of 48 hours notice is required, failure to attend may result in a full treatment cost being charged.

Course of treatments

All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.

Deposits

West Horsham Reflexology reserves the right to request a non-refundable deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Terms and conditions can be changed at any time without subject to notice.
